PgBouncer is currently disabled. All applications connect directly to their respective PostgreSQL instances.
Configuration preserved for potential future use. Port 6432 is not active.

Important Information
- • Some services are only accessible via Tailscale VPN (dealflow, geosearch, docs)
- • Most services require authentication
- • Database connections require SSH tunnel or Tailscale access
- • ACRIS scrapers run on schedule: Document (2 PM daily), HTML (midnight daily)
